Refund policy
RETURN POLICY:
All returned items must be back to Statement Boutique within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order by mail or within 7 days of purchasing the item in store. Customers may return items in store or by mail. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and tags must be attached. Items will not be eligible for return if the item has been worn, washed, or if the tag or hygienic liner has been removed. Items must also be free of odors, makeup stains, and deodorant marks. Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns. All returns must be accompanied by the original or gift receipt and the customer will receive store credit for the amount paid for the item(s). We have the right to refuse a return due to frequency, or at the discretion of the employee.
We do not offer refunds on shipping cost unless it was an error on our behalf. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact info@shopstatementboutique.com within two business days of the package’s original delivery.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. To cancel an order, please call (770)-529-1199 within an hour of making the order. Gift card orders cannot be canceled via email.
There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:
- ITEMS DISCOUNTED ARE A FINAL SALE. No exceptions. Black Friday Doorbusters are considered FINAL SALE.
- Sale items
- Holiday merchandise
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Hats
- Candles
- Bralettes
- Bodysuits
- Items that have been exchanged
- Any other item deemed “non-returnable” by Statement Boutique
- Items returned that are over the 7 days allotted.

RETURN PROCESS:
To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.
How to return:
- Submit an Online Return Request. In order to submit a return request, email us at info@shopstatementboutique.com
- Please package and ship the items to the return address below.

Expect the return process to take 2-5 business days after it has been delivered to our store. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Statement is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notifications updating the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed, the customer will receive an email with the return amount included.
We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Statement. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it was an error on our behalf.
**Please note: customers are responsible for the shipping cost of their return, as we do not provide return labels. We do recommend using USPS as they are typically the cheaper option. We do not refund shipping charges.
