Returns Policy

All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order by mail, or within 7 days of purchasing the item in store. Items may be returned in store or by mail. Customers may return any unused, unworn items, with tags attached. Exchanges are only accepted on in-store returns. All returns must be accompanied by original or gift receipt and customer will receive refund for the amount paid for the item(s).

We do not offer refunds on shipping cost unless it was an error on our behalf. Items will not be returned if the item has been worn, washed, or the tag or hygienic liner has been removed, must also be free of odors, makeup stains, and deodorant marks. All gift returns will receive store credit only. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must contact Customer Support within two business days of the package’s original delivery.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded. To cancel an order, please call Customer Support within an hour of making the order. Orders cannot be canceled via email.

There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:

  • Clearance/Sale Items
  • Final Sale Items such as, bralettes/bras/bandeaus, leggings/yoga pants, hair accessories/hats/beanies, swimwear, and eyewear. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. Product details will state if an item is final sale.
  • Items returned that are over the 14 business days allotted.

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped five days a week. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are shipped 24-48 hours from the order date.

Free Standard Shipping

Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $49.99 before tax.

Standard Shipping | $5

Standard delivery usually arrives within 4-6 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days processing time.

Priority Shipping | $12.00

  • Priority shipping orders placed Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays, before 12:00 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.
  • Priority shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.

RETURN PROCESS: 

To return items, please ensure your return is within the policy period and meets ALL return requirements.

How To Return:

 1. Submit an Online Return Request. In order to submit a return request, sign in to your Statement Boutique Account. Once you are signed in, you can select the order and which items you will be returning and for what reason!

 2. Please package and ship the items to the return address below. **Please note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return, as we do not provide return labels. We do recommend using USPS because they are typically the cheaper option.

3. Expect the return process to take 2-5 business days after it has been delivered to our facility. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed. Statement is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

4. After the return is accepted, the customer will receive notifications updating the status of the return. Once the return has been fully processed the customer will receive an email with the return amount included.

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return based on the condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees for the items returned to Statement. We do not refund shipping fees, unless it is an error on our behalf.
